The congregation is headed by the Superior General, Reverend Sister Sr. Roselin Puthumana - D.M . For the purpose of easy and effective administration each province is administered by its own Provincial Superiors. However, they are all managed and maintained under the leadership of the Superior General.

Decentralization helps the provinces to self administer and lead in their endeavors to better serve the community.
